Harvest!

Last week, our new reception children enjoyed a visit to our school allotment to harvest pears. Accompanied by Mrs Goodburn and Mrs Turner, they enjoyed picking the pears from the trees.  Allowing them to fully ripen over the weekend, they have enjoyed washing them and eating them this morning. Thank you to Mrs Goodburn, her parents and Mrs Turner for tidying up the allotment and for maintaining it over the summer.
